Squadron Fitness is a new military inspired bootcamp hitting York this summer. All you need to bring are your trainers and a good sense of humour- we’ll provide the motivation and results!
Classes consist of mixture of circuit training, interval training and team games. We use a variety of equipment such as battle rope, chains, tyres, punch mitts, pulling sledges and agility ladders. Our sessions are specifically designed to work all areas of the cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular systems to promote fat loss and build muscle endurance.
Motivation, team work and variety are the key to success. Using positive encouragement and group camaraderie Squadron Fitness will push you harder than ever before. Our fast paced and challenging sessions are guaranteed to increase your endurance and enthusiasm. We aim to help you burn over 600 calories per session, strengthen your muscles and most importantly have fun!
Squadron Fitness is run by two ex-army, fully qualified personal trainers Jonathan and Alex who both hold a wealth of experience, fitness expertise and physiological knowledge.
